Role of the Team Coordinator

The role of the Team Coordinator is critical to the smooth running of Verlume. You will be integral to the team, providing administrative and coordination support across several areas. It is a varied and interesting role with scope to grow as the business grows. From supporting the Board, to supporting new starters, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Verlume is, and continues to be, a great place to work. You’ll work with team members across all areas of the business and be involved in a variety of initiatives. This role will report to the Head of People, Gillian Thomson.

Key Responsibilities

As the Team Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Raising purchase orders, managing and ordering office supplies, and ordering IT equipment
  • Getting new starters up and running on our systems, supporting the induction process and maintaining employee records
  • Recruitment administration and support
  • Booking team travel, accommodation and training
  • Supporting the Board and Leadership Team with meeting arrangements
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls and emails
  • Other general administration support as required
