EC-OG are one of five Aberdeen-based companies chosen as finalists for the 18th annual VIBES: Scottish Environment Business Awards.  EC-OG is nominated within the Innovation category which recognises businesses that have developed innovative technologies, products, practices or services that bring about a positive effect on the environment and Scottish business.

The application process showcased efforts made by EC-OG towards sustainable business development and long-term business strategies.  The Subsea Power Hub has also been recognised as a unique new product with very little else on the market similar. Now at the third and final stage of the selection process, EC-OG will undergo a site visit by the judges.

There are a total of thirty-eight finalists within eight different categories. The awards ceremony will take place in November at the Sheraton Hotel, Edinburgh.
